I always carry a piece of the check fabric of my family room drapes when I go shopping. That way I can see if I think a color and fabric is going to work. Yesterday I went shopping with a friend, so much fun and on a run through Home Goods I found a few things that I think will be fabulous. I love this color, so I think it will work.
I just layed everything out on the sofa and coffee table. Pillows, throw, candle, flowers and gold chargers. Leave all the tags on and you can take it back if it doesn’t work. Having each item in your home to see first hand with all of your furniture, paint and light guarantees you will love it when it is done. Also, be brave and mix patterns, it gives a room so much character and interest.
Yep, I think I can make this work for summer. Now to rearrange everything and get it all put together.
