I am so excited, I get to Show Off and Brag about Courtney from French Country Cottage . I love her blog and devour every picture and word in her posts. She finds the most amazing treasures and then displays them so beautifully in her home. Such a beautiful, chic, and adorable person that is always eager to share all of her DIY projects. My name is Courtney and I blog over at French Country Cottage
I am so thrilled to be sharing over here at Marty’s beautiful blog!
Our home was an abandoned vacation cottage when we found it and it was in much disrepair.
We have worked on it bit by bit, room by room to fix it up and polish up some of that original charm.
The kitchen got a makeover with new counters, the island and double chandeliers.
The open cupboards on each end were also part of the makeover

Next stop- the living area
The large fireplace and double set of french doors are my favorite part of this room.
The dining room recently got a little more bling with double chandeliers
Our bedroom and bathroom are dressed with reds
and the buffalo check settee and toile wallpaper are favorites of mine.

Sitting area
My office is a bit shabby and romantic
Out in the guest cottage~ it’s a mix of old and new in construction.
We recently worked on renovating the kitchen
and used an old upper cupboard mixed with new cabinets from Lowes
to keep that charm while updating.
The bathroom got a new look with a vanity that was a $20 buffet that we added a sink

The fireplace in the living room is flanked by built in shelving
The orchard ladder is a favorite find for this room.

Isn’t this place breathtaking and don’t you just love her style. Now I would kill for just one of her chandeliers and she hangs them double in the kitchen and dining room. Isn’t that beautiful.
